I just did one and use a sump pump and an stand up "farm" faucet so that I didn't have to worry about it freezing. You could use a centrifugal pump and just put a pick up line in the tank if freezing is not an issue. The actual layout of lines, pump and electrical supply would depend on your situation.
Coefficiency of performance.
Spicks Pump Fuel
out of gas or other fluids?? either that or fuel pump.
Fuller-KinyonTM Pumps
starter motor, fuel pump, alternator, (possibly ECU) and battery need to be attached and wired up properly, be careful and make sure your engine stand can withstand all the vibrations
you can drop the tank but honestly, it is easier to un-bolt the bed from the frame with 8 bolts, remove the screws @ the fill neck, then pick up bed on driver's side and prop up with a jack stand...the fuel pump is right there for the taking...you will have to adjust the stand high enough to be able to access the pump... sounds like a lot, but trust me...it's alot less than dropping the tank...
