Like all modern $1 bills, a 1999 US $1 bill is worth one dollar. If your question is asking if it's worth more than one dollar to a collector, these bills have no added value unless they're in the best possible uncirculated condition.
This question is too broad to answer. So, this is what you need to include in your question: What country? What year? What condition (crinkled, crumpled, or crisp?) Do you think the bill came like this? I mean, did someone paint or draw on it or was it originally like this?
That really depends on the series (year) of the bill. If it's something recent like 2003, it's still worth $2.
I think you mean USA, not "you sa" Conversion rates change daily. A site like www.xe.com keeps track of them.
Yeah. But nothing worth talking about, like apple mac for example.

Most of Bill Gates money is invested in Microsoft stock. Therefore, when the price of the stock rises he makes money and when the price of the stock goes down he loses money, just like all the other stock investors in the world. Also, when he transfers money from his own account into his charity, his own net worth goes down.

If you are really into movies and wanna to watch them like that, then yes they would be worth your money, but me personally no they aren't worth the money to buy

If someone came to our country you would like to know what the dollar bill was saying. Or what it was worth!

Any $100 bill dated 1981 or newer is only worth face value unless it's never been spent and hasn't been folded. A bill like that would be worth maybe 105 to 110 dollars.
it is worth plenty money like five millon dollars belive it or not
