How should you punctuate this sentence The L4-5 level reveals changes of moderate facet arthropathy with again relative stenosis of the canal on the same basis?

The sentence should be punctuated as: "The L4-5 level reveals changes of moderate facet arthropathy, with again relative stenosis of the canal on the same basis." This punctuation helps separate the two clauses for clarity.

Is 56 yr young to have spinal facet arthropathy?

Hi, No it is not, I am 47 yrs & I have it along with Lumbar spinal stenosis. You can get this due to injury, accidents & wear & tear I believe. My facet joint was damaged due to being assaulted so I can tell you along with the stenosis it is a 24/7 painful suffering & due to being a high risk patient for any surgery let alone for a back Op I have no choice but to put up with it. However I would like to know what I am to look forward to in the future, (the outcome of untreated spinal stenosis / facet Arthropathy) ie how long before I become totally housebound or in a wheelchair but I have been unable to find anything online. If anybody here knows, please feel free to inform me. Thanks

What is rotatory dextroscoliosis?

I am not a Doctor, but I do suffer from this condition. In layman's terms, the regular (usual) curvature associated with scoliosis is intensified by a rotation and/or a reversal of the curve, generally noticed with visible bone deformity in the ribcage parallel to the spine and noted in MRI with multiple disc disturbances in the thoracic/lumbar spine. It hurts. It is generally inoperable and does degenerate over time. Mine is compounded by degenerative disc disease and multifaceted arthropathy along with spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am a 34yr old male of Irish/Norwegian descent. I have no idea if that is relevant, but maybe an inquisitive team of doctors will read about it and contact me with some relief suggestions.Jon OsborneCertified Michigan Medical Marijuana Patientjon@greenkoma.com
