I'm spanish, so I understand the language quite well. To the best of my ability, it means "Would you like to go out with me?". This means as a date, or to go out somewhere. It doesn't mean to "go out" as we would use to refer to the asking of a boyfriend/girlfriend. There you go, I hope it helps :P
