A Tribute Summon is the "Normal Summon" of Level 5 or higher monsters. To Normal Summon these cards, you must first Tribute monsters on your side of the field. To Tribute Summon a Level 5 or 6 monster, you must Tribute one monster. To Tribute Summon a Level 5-12 monster, you must Tribute two monsters.
To Set a Level 5 or higher monster, you must still follow the same guidelines concerning Tributes as stated above.
A Tribute Summon is treated as a Normal Summon (however, some monsters state specific ones, such as the Monarch series). Therefore, you can generally only Tribute Summon or Tribute Set once during each turn (it also counts towards your Normal Summon limit). It is also important to note that Tributing a monster is considered a Cost for a Tribute Summon or Tribute Set. Because it is a Cost, if the Tribute Summon is negated by a card effect, the Tributed monster does not return to the field.

Yes. If the tribute is for a Tribute Summon, then you can't attack with any monster again afterwards, since this Summon will occur in Main Phase 2. If the tribute is for a card effect and resolves during the Battle Phase, then you can attack again with another monster, since it would still be the Battle Phase.
You got it. A level seven for a level seven. Although most people use metamorphosis to summon a fusion monster with a cool effect. Like tributing a level one monster to summon Relinquished.
Answer taken from the Official English Rulebook: When you have a Ritual Spell Card, along with the matching Ritual Monster Card, in your hand, along with the required Tribute (as listed on the Ritual Spell Card), you can activate the Ritual Spell Card, placing it in the Spell & Trap Card Zone. If the activation of the Ritual Spell Card is successful, Tribute monsters by sending them from your hand or the field to the Graveyard. The Ritual Spell Card will list the required amount to Tribute. After sending the Tributed Monsters to the Graveyard, play the Ritual Monster Card onto the field in either face-up Attack or Defense Position. Finally, place the Ritual Spell Card in the Graveyard. In your case, "Black Luster Ritual" would be activated once you have "Black Luster Solider" in your hand. Now you pick monsters (other than "Black Luster Solider", of course) that are on your field or hand and send them to the Graveyard. The stars of the monsters that you select must total up to 8 or more in order to Ritual Summon the 8-star "Black Luster Solider". Then you Summon "Black Luster Solider" from your hand; this is treated as a Special Summon so you can Normal Summon or Set another monster that same turn.

No, Advance Force lets you Tribute Summon a Lv7 or higher monster. Tribute Summoning is a form of Normal Summoning, so the summoned monster is one from your hand. It in no way allows you to start pulling monsters from the Extra Deck - it can't special summon at all.
When a card, such as Spell Striker, requires an action to be Summoned, the action will almost always be performed first before the monster is Summoned. Therefore, concerning Spell Striker, to Special Summon it, you must remove one Spell Card from play first, then you place it on the field afterwards.
