I found this question because I was looking for the answer myself. I've looked a bit further and found that the "W" and "S" settings seem to refer to "Winter" and "Summer" settings. Though not for the E300, here's the review that leads me to that conclusion: http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/hot_lists/high_performance/german_performance/mercedes_benz_e55_amg_first_drive_review However, that seems to me to like an odd thing to have - I live in Ireland, and our summers are like other countries' winters these days, so I don't know what difference this setting would have to the handling or fuel consumption, or how the car is supposed to determine what weather we get in a given season. I had thought that it might be a language issue and that "W" might stand for "Wirtschaftlich" (the German word for "Economic") and "S" for "Standard"(guess what that means in English!!) - if you speak German, you will find it on this forum - http://www.motor-talk.de/forum/kauf-eines-c-240-t-t1849947.html But someone corrects it in a later post, stating "W=Winter", so I guess that's it.
this is of course dependant on whether it is a manual transmission or automatic....i recommend that if you dont know how to put it into gear, maybe you shouldnt be driving a mercedes....just a thought
Low Gear normally it means 1st gear
it means that the gear is not able to push up the car due to low preasure in the gear
ATF means automatic transmission fluid
Means that the transmission is delaying going into the next gear.
yes you have to change gear in any vehical that is a stick. you can change it to 1st gear or neutral. but on the other hand with a automatic their is no need to change gear they put a auto clutch system in vehicals like that.
Yes, manual is better than automatic gears.
If it is automatic - no option but to jump start If it is manual - get someone to help you push the car, engage gear 2 and it should start.
how many liters of oil automatic gear box laguna 2
No the gear's are not automatic , It's manual meaning the rider has to constantly change the gear's himself .
Manual control means that it is controlled by humans, and automatic is it will work on its own. An example is a car's transmission. With manual transmission, you have to tell the car what gear to use. With automatic transmission, the car figures out what gear to use on its own by monitering factors such as RPM.
If it is automatic and it grinds, that means you must come to a complete stop before shifting into reverse, or your transmission is no good
