If you believe that an answer is mean and hurtful, simply delete it with your replacement answer, or contact a Supervisor if it is really rude or is containing bad language and perhaps the Supervisor can contact the user who wrote the mean answer and let them now that this kind of language and answering techniques are not accepted in WikiAnswers.
