I think it might be... A123. There are some scary animation there but it's not entirly scary. :) Satansrapture.com by Pastor Harry Walther of the Philadelphia Church Internet is the scariest I have encountered. Whether you agree with him or not (I agree about 80%), Harry has some very scary stuff. DONT try albinoblacksheep.com either like everything u click is a popup!

Does the number plate of a car represent when it was made?

yes it absolutely does..................ur no. plate is registered with the RTO of ur area mentioning its details, make, owner n all tht. They also hv ur chassis no. and by that the date it ws made cn be traced out. OR...... In the UK the registration plate indicates when the vehicle was first registered, not the date of manufacture. It could have been left in a showroom or compound for a good few months before being registered for the road. You can also change the number plate for another 'vanity' plate, which may indicate that the vehicle is older than it really is. You cannot put a more modern plate on an older vehicle. The UK used a lettering system to indicate year of registry. ABC 123A The letter after the numbers indicated that it was registered in 1963. It changed each year, going up through the alphabet excluding certain letters like O,I,Q,U,Z (Q is reserved for special vehicles and the others could be confused for numbers). It the changed to putting the year at the beginning. A123 ABC, where the letter before the numbers represented 1985. It has now changed to the present scheme. AA 51 ABC, Where the only numbers on the plate represent the year and half year. If the number is more than 50, take 50 off, this leaves you with 01 so this is the second part of the year 2001. The next year beginning was 02 and the second part 52. This years reg. is 11. so the plate will look like this. AA 11 ABC and halfway through the year, add 50, so it will change to, AA 61 ABC. The last two letters of the plate used to indicate where the vehicle was registered, but not sure if they still do this. Vehicles registered in Essex, used to have the group OO, so you got cars with 'BOO' or 'GOO' in Essex. Kingston upon Hull had 'RH', etc.
