In my 2004 T&C it is a 20 amp fuse (Green) in the black box on the driver side front fender, It is labeled IOD. Normally in the under hood fuse box.

IOD Fuse under the hood, it's still good but you need to pull it and then push it back in. it's a 20 amp fuse, and only a temp. fix.
its not a fuse its the fuel sending unit on top of the gas tank a bunch of road salt gets in there and gives it a bad ground. drop the gas tank and clean it all up and make a good ground then it should work
Is the dome light burnt out? Mine said FUSE a lot until I replaced the dome light and then it stopped. Check the fuse labeled IOD in the under hood fuse box for being burnt or mis-installed.
