It looks the same as any other Peace dollar.
There is no such thing as a mint-produced "golden" Peace Dollar. Such things are genuine Peace Dollars which have been damaged by someone plating them with gold. The gold content isn't high enough to add in any precious metal values and the coin has been damaged to any collector.

Look below between the eagle's tail feathers and the word ONE. If there is a D it means it was made at the Denver mint.

The last Peace dollar was issued in 1935 so it can't be a 1942 Peace dollar. Look at the coin again and post new question.
1928 would make it a Peace dollar. Pictures can be easily found through a search on Google Images.
Look at the coin again and post new question, the US did not make any one dollar gold coins dated 1923.
No 1964 US Peace dollars exist, All were melted
If one existed it would likely be of the Peace dollar design but the US did NOT make any one dollar coins dated 1966.
