once a day is fine but if that worries you then split the main meal in half and give morning and evening.feeding more often is not only very bad for the health of the dog you will end up with a round ball of fat.
It depends, but, if you are a first-time ckcs owner, you shuld test all the different types of food to see which types of food he/she will eat. Its likings may change over time if it's fussy, like my cav.

No. A cavapoo is half Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and half Poodle, and both of these are primarily lap dogs. That said, though, both my Poodle and my Cavalier love to be outdoors to hang out and play--but they come in to sleep, eat, get petted and played with and cuddled, and of course in any bad or cold weather.
