Best Answer

Yes, strawberry bush (Euonymus americanus) does have flowers.

Specifically, the bush's inconspicuous flowers appear in spring. They are typically about 1/3 inch (0.8 centimeters) across. They have five green yellow petals. They will be followed by the plant's 1 inch (2.5 centimeter), strawberry-looking, warty fruits whose ripening splits the capsules and showcases 4-5 orange red seeds.

A woody plant about three feet (0.92 meter) high and wide with black, pink, red or white berries, green maple-like foliage and sweet people- and wildlife-friendly fragrances describes the look of a currant berry bush. Currant bushes produce clusters of eight to 30 pea-sized berries on spineless canes in full sun or partial shade and well-drained soils and with an open canopy for optimal air circulation against aphids, cane borers, fruit flies and worms, powdery mildew, spider mites and white pine blister rust. They survive best with four or five annually pruned canes until the fourth year after planting and with nine to 12 pruned canes, divided equally in age among one-, two- and three-year-old flower- and fruit-producing wood, from the fourth year onward.
