It means a leak in the evap system, but could be as simple as removing and tightening the gas cap until it clicks. If you remove the gas cap while the vehicle is running, it will set this code.

It means you have a small evaporative leak in your fuel system. Check that the fuel cap is tight, and check that the rubber seal is not cracked.

I have the same problem. I have found that if replacing the gas cap does not work you need a canister purge valve and/or canister purge solenoid. I know nothing about vehicles ..This is just what I have found out .
