As far as health goes, nothing - some dogs naturally have dry noses when healthy while others naturally have wet noses when healthy.
That the dog is dehydrated and should immediently be given something to drink. But dont worry if you dont give it water soon the dog will find it somwhere eventually. Its their natural insticts.

∙ 9y agoSometimes, dogs skin can become dry and cracked just like people's skin. This is usually not a serious condition and can be remedied by applying olive or coconut oil daily.
