The fuel pump relay switch looks like the normal electric switch. The function of fuel pump relay switch is turn the fuel pump on.
Most are cubical in shape.
It does not have a fuel pump switch. It has a relay and a fuse for the fuel pump.
you look in the relay box
the fuel pump relay is located behind the battery.There should be 2 relays, they look alike, but if you look closely it has fuel pump relay on the top.
Th fuel relay in most situations will be under the hood in the fuse box. It will be black and square with numbers on the top of it. Often the numbers on other relays such as your horn will be able to be put in the place of your fuel relay to determine if it is truly the relay that went out.
on a 94 explorer you might look at the relay that runs the fuel pump, after a while the car won't start at all. I ran into a few people with this problem. change the relay ,its located under the hood in a fuse box on a 94.
that doesn't sound like the fuel pump relay...sounds like the fuel filter. look on the cross member immediately in front of the fuel tank

On right side inside of van reach up in side dash you'll find two relays one should be green that's your fuel pump relay the other one is EEc relay.
