Bearded dragons can get to be around 1.5 feet at thebiggest. Their heads can be triangular. More if they are a female, less if they are a male. They have spikes on their head and neck, the sides of their belly, and on some weird shoulder flap things. Their color varies from a darkish brown to a sandy creamy tan, or from a yellow to even a red. Their beards/ neck and belly can and most likely will turn black or dark gray when frightened. Their backs and tails can have stripes. Their arms and legs are not too short but not too long either. They have sharp nails, so be careful when holding them. They can sort of stretch their bellies and flatten themselves out if they wish.
