It should look like two miniature paper plates stuck together. On my car it is located behind the bumper, below the passanger side headlight.
go look on youtube its all there
crawl under your car and look in the rear of the engine.
Look at the rear or side of the oil pan
Look in your owner's manual and on the driver's door post.
Go outside, look under the car, and count them.
Replace the horn relay. Also look at the foam padding in the steering wheel,it may be worn out. My 99 escort had a stuck horn...pull out the foam switch in front of the air bag, move it around a little, clean the contacts, then test it with a multimeter to make sure it un-stuck itself. -Matt http://www.olszak.net
Simply pop the hood and look at your motor. It will say SOHC or DOHC.
In dash. Look for 2 hoses on firewall-it's behind them. Replacement is not a job for a novice.
Open the hood, look at the front portion about where the bumper is, a horn bell is mounted there, get a new one and wire it up
if you look on the back of the cover of the fuse box it should have a diagram with labels for all the fuses
If you are under the car. Look to the rear of the engine and you will see a bolt (I think that it is a 19mm) in the oil pan.
code 1195 is dealer specific if you look up code 0195 it is more general but will tell you what the problem is
