What does a howler monkey loock like?

howler monkeys are brown, black, and tan in color and grow to be 2-4 feet tall. they weigh between 8-22 lbs and have large necks and lower jaws. They also have a beard and a mane of hair that sticks out around their bare faces. The howler monkeys have long prehensile tails. Their skull tends to be very long with large teeth. They also have very curved fingernails which helps them climb trees along with their tail which acts as a 5th limb.

A howler monkeys nest is relatively big, and is usually found in rain forests such as the Brazil rainforest. They are made out of bamboo, leaves, moss and maybe stray pieces of wood. Moms usually build the nest and the babys once hatched will cling to their mothers until getting the strength to ride on her back. After doing that for a year the baby's will then go off on their own.
