The vulva of a mare is, really, a long, vertical slit that sits below the anus, starting at the top from the anus and ending at a sort of point where the clitoris sits. The slit itself will be longer in mares close to foaling and mares in heat, ranging from 6 to 8 to even 10 inches long, depending on the size (and possibly even breed) of the mare. The entrance to the vagina is in the upper portion of the vulva, and the clitoris located below at the bottom of this slit.

It looks like a Human Female vagina, except a lot larger.
Now, I'm no horse vagina specialist, and I'm assuming by vagin, you mean vagina, but I'm guessing it feels like a vagina.
The epithelial tissue inside the vagina of a mare is smooth and highly sensitive. The vagina is essentially a cylindrical tube extending from the vulva to the cervix.
The vagina of a mare merely looks like a long cylindrical tube that extends from the vulva to the cervix. The vagina itself is around 24 inches long.
like a human vagina
There are gases in the gut that get squeezed and sloshed around in the intestines, cecum and bowel that make these noises. Some male horses (stallios and geldings) will squeek too, and mares can make a farting sound from the air that enters the vulva. Many race mares have a proceedure called a castlick don to prevent this from happening.
Yes
No...not all mares wax before foaling.
It's just a slit below the anus that has a little hair on the bottom part (called the ventral commissure). It does not have two types of labia (vuval folds) like the human female does, but just a single fold that protects the vagina.
yes, they do. mares have udders just like cows, only they have two teats.
Like a peach.
Basically the same as when they aren't pregnant.
Eczema on the parts of the vulva with hair may look like flaky skin with or without redness or bumps. Eczema on the hairless parts of the vulva may look shiny and red, or may look like slightly roughened or thickened skin if it's been going on for a while.
Most mares don't have significant reproductive tract problems. However, there are certain breeds of mares that have a poor conformation of the hindquarters that results in the rectum sitting cranial to the vulva. In this conformation, feces can easily fall into the vulva and the mare can have recurrent chronic E. coli and Salmonella infections in her vagina and urinary bladder. There are some options for managing this, including the Caslick's surgery, and these mares are often recommended to not be bred.
Darkening and thickening of the urine. Mares will also "blink" the vulva more during a heat cycle.
