Raccoons do not hibernate but are actively foraging fir food all winter long. If conditions become too severe or the snow too deep, they remain in the den and sleep. Once conditions improve they will emerge and forage again.

Raccoon is very tasty meat. When a raccoon has rabbies...it will taste sweeter.
Racoons are warm blooded.
Of course they tolerate weather. Everywhere has weather so if they could not tolerate weather there would be no place they could live. They do not tolerate extremely cold temperatures, however, as they are not found north of southern Canada.
Cuz It's cold there obviously.
Very carefully. Preferably with tranquilizers.

When danger threatens the raccoon will climb a tree to safety. If that is not possible they have very sharp teeth and claws and will fight to the death.
I'm not sure what raccoons are allergic to but, I know if dogs consume raccoon urine they can get very sick with a disease and is sometimes fatal.
All raccoon urine smells like Ammonia just like Cat urine. You can buy raccoon urine as a cover scent for hunting on Amazon and find out yourself.
