If is is transparent (you can see through it) it's probably a solution. If it contains precipitates (it looks fuzzy) it isn't.
Hi this is Shadow, liquid solutions can fill the space of any container unlike solids. You can see them and they are sometimes transparent.
------------
Fluids can fill containers, so can gases. Neither are liquid solutions.
Atoms can not be solids individually. They can not be liquid or gaseous either. Gaseous particles move freely between each other, liquid particles slide past each other, and solid particles do not move. Can you imagine that with just one particle?
The molecules in a solid are really tight together.
cloudy and white
These phases are extremely different.
They look like blue and black crystals tightly packed together which forms a solid.
Green
white solid
everything that has atom like solid ( can be ice , metal...), liquid ( water, oil...) or gases ( oxygen, vapour)
a boron atom has 5 protons and 6 neutrons inside the nucleus. the atom also has 5 electrons orbiting in the outer shells.
What Does Aluminum atom look like
I think it probably looked like a sphere. not positive.
you cant see an atom!
look at the peridodic table.
i am asking to show me what an atom look like. the outside of it
grapes
They look like blue and black crystals tightly packed together which forms a solid.
solid=atom
Does it look and behave like water? If not, it is a solid.
Niels Bohr suggested a planetary model for the atom.
This atom hasn't an electrical charge.
The wood is solid but the lead can be crushed into finite pieces. the lead is still solid eventhough it behaves like a liquid as the atom of the crushed lead is aranged like a solid.
