Any plant will grow in the sand if it is watered (mechanically, if need be) according to the plants needs. If you mean "what herbs grow in the sand naturally?" .... I have seen Datura aka jimsonweed grow in the sand... of course there are lots of herbs on this list. Also, did you mean medicinal herbs?

No. An emu does not stick its head in the sand. Nor, for that matter, does an ostrich.
Flamingos do not actually bury their head in the sand. It is a myth. Some also say that ostrich bury their heads in the sand, but this is also a myth.
Do you mean "ACRYLIC" paint?? Probably. Make sure the surface is clean. If it is glossy, you will need to sand it a little to rough it up so the the new paint has something to stick to.
Well, do you mean a sand SPIT?
Fairly soaked, because the water makes the sand stick together and makes it easier to shape into your desired form. Just remember- the higher you go the drier it needs to be, because wet sand is heavy. One more thing- if you've got a large form near the water, use dry sand when adding to the base of your castle. Wet sand will not stick as well.
covered with sand.
Sand can stick to your skin for a number of reasons. It usually sticks because the oils of your skin are sticky and tend to cling to something small and fine like sand. Moist skin will also hold sand.
It will if you lightly sand the oil surface first.
