The Standard Port & Default is Port 443. You may however configure secure HTTP on another port through some software such as Servers (Apache, IIS, Xampp,etc)

the only Requirement for Spotify is allowOutbound Connections to "Remote Port" 4070 (Spotify port) or 443 (HTTPS) or 80 (HTTP) to *.ash.spotify.com (currently 193.182.8.3 - 193.182.8.90). (443 and 80 are failsafes)
You can have https on all 65535 ports, but it defaults to 443.
SSL can be used on many ports; for web traffic, the common port is 443.
