The A stands for attack, the C stands for cargo and the 130 is the aircraft designation.

There are different types of AC130's depending on what guns they carry. "Puff the Magic Dragon" carries 6 .308 caliber miniguns while the Spectres carry two miniguns 2 40mm cannons and a 80mm howitzer.

i like ac130 because you can change what type of gun your shooting Chopper Gunner is good for maps that are full of hiding spots, since it will hover around enemies, giving you shots. The AC130 will not do this. However, on big maps like Wasteland, the AC130 is better.
