What can yo do about acid rain?
Acid rain is caused by pollution and has a pH level lower than normal rain. Acid rain effects soil and can kill trees, pollute our waters, kill life in water, etc. It is essential that we stop acid rain, and the way to do that is to stop polluting. How does freshwater get polluted when it rains?
The reasoning for freshwater getting polluted by rain is because we have so many cars and factories etc. that pollute our air and then the couds evaporate that and makes acid rain.. when it falls into freshwater you then have polluted freshwater. If you want you could search acid rain and get more information on that.
How do humans pollute the freshwater?
Humans pollute the freshwater sources by polluting the environment. The smoke from the factories, mixes with the rain water and produces acid rain, polluting the freshwater source of rain. Also, this water seeps into the earth and pollutes the freshwater source of water, ie., ground water. There are many other ways. Release of toxic wastes into the rivers is one of them.
