It is our national anthem. The words are:

Australians all let us rejoice,

For we are young and free;

We've golden soil and wealth for toil,

Our home is girt by sea;

Our land abounds in Nature's gifts

The words are quite self-explanatory. "Girt" means surrounded by, think of "girth". "Toil" is work. There are several extra verses which are not used, and in fact the first verse in usually used on its own.
