"aimes" is a form of the verb aimer, to love / to like.

Are you sure this is spanish? It seems more french to me. In french it means - I love you fat. Perhaps you mistook gras for gros which would mean big or lots. Hope this helps.

"Tu aimes" in French means "you like" in English. It is the informal form of the verb "to like" in the second person singular.

'il aime' means 'he loves' in French.

'aime le ' is like the ... / love the ... in English.
"Aime ca" means "like that". It is incomplete though , If you wrote " IL Aime Ca" that would mean "HE Likes That" and that would be more complete
