You cock the BB gun without loading any BB's into it just air.
A regular BB gun can not shoot air-soft pellets. BB guns shoot a .175 BB. Air guns shoot a much larger 6MM BB.
Actually a BB gun is an air gun. But an air gun also includes pellet guns and rifles. BB guns are the bottom end of the air gun family. Pellet guns are more accurate than BB guns and they usually cost more.
Check the Benjamin line of air guns at www.crosman.com. Benjamin make metal air guns. Also there is no such thing as BB bullets. BB's and pellets are fired from Air guns.
BB air guns it is just 5 mins away from the city centre
No, that why they are named Air guns. Air is what drives the pellet or BB. <><><> Above is correct- however, if you mean a firearm, yes, they can work with no air. Gunpowder contains its own oxygen chemically combined.
Air sport guns & rifles are not firearms but they do shoot BB's or Pellets. Most people call them BB guns. It's a general term meaning any gun or rifle that uses air or C02 to fire a projectile like a real firearm, is an "Air Sport Gun." The term can reffer to: BB / Pellet guns Airsoft guns Paintball guns
There are air rifles and there are air guns. These are guns that use air or C02 to fire a BB or Pellet, not gunpowder. A DAISY RED RYDER BB Rifle would be considered an "air rifle." There are several companies that make air guns and air rifles. Gamo, Daisy, Crosman, and Umarex are a few of these companies.
In most cases it will be a BB gun. But Pellet guns exceed both the BB and the airsoft guns. Pellet guns can attain speeds over 1200 FPS.
yes they can
Several years ago Daisy made a POP gun that just shot air. Hence the name POP gun. It's no longer around. Spring driven BB guns and pellet rifles are designed to shoot a projectile. when the spring piston is released (After cocking) the spring compresses the air and fires the pellet / BB. Just before the pellet is fired the air in the chamber is compresses and actually slows down the piston and keeps it from slamming against the end of the chamber. Firing a bb gun without a bb / pellet in the loading chamber ( Dryfiring) will eventually ruin the BB gun. Firing a C02 gun without a bb will not damage it but C02 produces 800 PSI of pressure and if the barrel it put against the skin the air from the barrel will blow a hole in the skin. BB guns and air guns are not toys. I suggest getting a spring airsoft gun. One that fire around 150 to 200 FPS (Feet per second). These will do little damage and can be fired without a plastic BB.
No, bb guns shoot smaller, metal pellets and can cause serious injury if used on people. Only use air soft purposed guns.
No, convicted felons may not own BB guns, pellet guns, air rifles, dart guns, tasers, or any other similar weapon.
