It basically means a lawyer who makes a business out of finding accident victims to represent in court. At least i THINK that's what it means. +++ Pretty much, yes, but they go further. They encourage the casualty to make an inflated and quite possibly unjust claim for damages, of which a sizeable chunk will go straight into the lawyer's own bank account.

An ambulance chaser is a greedy lawyer. I imagine it would probably mean "Good luck on making money doing whatever it is (more than likely something ridiculous) the other person hopes to make money on. Makes since, huh?----Or possibly just simply "Get lost!"
