Well unfertilized eggs are yellow but fertilized eggs kind of look like poop.It takes about two days for the eggs to turn into a tadpole.So maybe if you see the eggs you should probably take them out because the parents will mistake them as food so yeah.Oh and take them out with a fish net.:)
I also have African dwarf frogs, whenever I watch them, they will never eat the food I give them either. This is because they have very bad eyesight and it takes them a while to find their food. Even though it may not look like they are eating, they actually are. I also thought they weren't eating at first but then I learned this. Hope this helps!
