Special Combat Assault Rifle- Heavy
SCAR stands for 'Special Forces Combat Assault Rifle' and H means heavy. There are two types of SCAR, the SCAR-H(heavy) and the SCAR-L(light)
Try going on 3rd person team tactical with a Scar-H which should be in your assault rifle menu depending on your rank.
The collector value can only be assessed by a visual inspection & evaluation. Old Winchesters are very much like old classic automobiles... the graded condition and factory originality are the key factors in determining what they are truly worth. Bert H.
H&R Handi-Rifle
The Army never manufactured it - Heckler & Koch did. No real reason was ever given, other than the claim that no rifle tested had significantly better results to justify the cost of replacing the M16/M4. However, defence contractors in the US have always strongly favoured companies who would set up shop in the US, which H&K has not done.
NEF or H&R
Well that's a pretty vague question so i hope i answer it right for you. The assault rifle is a medium to long ranged weapon that usually has fairly good accuracy, on modern warfare some of the more popular are the Scar-H and the AK-47 and you earn different kinds of assault rifles by getting kills on multi-player (if that is what you were asking about) you can get different attachments too but the descriptions of how to get more are given!

There are many powerful assault rifles. The highest caliber assault rifles currently would use 7.62x51mm, or .308 caliber. Guns such as The FN FAL, or the H&K G3. You can't really narrow it down effectively because with the right equipment, you can make a gun any caliber you want. The problem lies in the practicality. A 20mm machine gun would destroy anything it came into contact with, but it would break the shoulder of whoever was firing it. A .22 caliber machine gun could fire at an incredible rate with little recoil, but wouldn't be very effective unless you pump a lot rounds into the same place. In terms of practicality, a 7.62x39mm Assault Rifle (like an AK-47) would be more powerful than an assortment of rounds, and is somewhat controllable compared to larger caliber weapons. ^^^ Wrong. Any rifle that fires a .308 is considered a battle rifle, not an assault rifle. And the 7.62x39mm is a terrible round. Its powder to weight ratio is very low, it's big, but it's also slow. 5.56 and 5.45 are completely superior.
