An apprentice name always ends with paw. If your name was Bluefire your apprentice name would be Bluepaw.
It ends with whatever the leader decides what it should end with.
In Bluestar's Prophecy Featherwhisker is listed under Apprentices even though he has a warrior name because he is a medicine cat apprentice and medicine cat apprentices can receive their warrior name at anytime but they are an apprentice until the medicine cat dies or quits.
Rainwhisper is NOT a Warrior Cats name it is a made up name but surely could be used in Warriors.
Rowanclaw is a character in the Warriors book series, where cats can choose their own names after they become apprentices. Rowanclaw was previously named Rowanpaw, and when he completed his apprenticeship and became a warrior, he added "claw" to his name to signify his transition from apprentice to a full warrior.
Sparrowpelt was Halftail’s warrior name before his tail was bitten by a badger(I think)
