There are way too many answers for that question. Basically any machine that uses natural gas, diesel fuel, petrol (Gasoline-USA) and kerosene will be driven by an internal combustion.
These include most road going vehicles, most earthmoving equipment, marine vessels as well as a lot of fixed plant; generators, compressors refrigeration plant etc.
Some electric vehicles are driven via a generator that runs of an internal combustion engine. Diesel-electric locomotives are a classic example of this.
A steam engine is an external combustion engine.
Intake, Combustion, Power, Exhaust
Engine Power! Internal combustion engine.
internal combustion engine inlet/ compression/ power/ Exhaust
The power plant includes an internal combustion engine and a direct current electric motor generator.
Intake, Combustion, Power, Exhaust
an internal combustion engine
Internal combustion.
a gasoline engine is an Internal combustion engine
Horsepower
Internal-combustion engine
Gasoline is a hydrocarbon obtained by separating crude oil into component fractions in a fractionating column; so yes a hydrocarbon can power an internal combustion engine.
