If you like to work with your hands, work with different machinery, and you like to build things, then industrial tech is the class for you. When I took industrial tech I very much enjoyed it.

maybe computer tech.?
Tech jobs are often seen as stressful because of the long hours, high-pressure deadlines and the lack of vacation time. But tech jobs can also be very rewarding. The idea that tech work is stressful is often propagated by those who have never had to do it themselves. Most people who work in tech feel that their job is a fun and rewarding experience.
I know that a Med Tech. is somebody who is able to pass meds under the supervision of a nurse but I didn't think that you had to be med tech certified to work in a nursing home. I work at a nursing home as a CNA and everybody I work with is a CNA. CNA's only help residents with ADLs and are not allowed to distribute medicines or apply topical creams. I would look into that again because I know for sure you don't have to be a Med Tech to work in a nursing home.
