Probably not. Most cars pre: 1998-2001 (depending on make and model) only have one sensor for each impact direction/zone. if your car is equiped only with dual FRONT airbags then you will only have one sensor for both airbags. I have a civic 95 eg sedan myself and the airbag sensor is possibly a magnet activator located close to the ECU. Sounds like the speed sensor on the transmision, or the conector on same. It could also be an under dash fuse. I am not familar with the accord but my civic speed sensor fuse is shared with about four other sensors and the voltage regulator. Hope that helps.
