It's because Pengiuns have a certain deformity known as 'Unabletolookatmyself' disease. It's common in most pengiuns and it has a low chance of appering in Humans and other Mammals. They eat it in the twlight zone because it is darker there and no one can see. Pengiuns can be easily embarassed as Fluffy Bunnies can. They only do this in the Deep in Hull because that is the other zoo enclosure with a Twlight Zone.
