astriods
it has a lot of craters caused by astriods or meteors i dont know the difference
An asteroid (not "astroid" - watch the spelling) and a meteoride is basically the same; if it has more than about 10 meters in diameter it is called an asteroid. A meteor is the name given to a meteorite that falls into Earth's atmosphere.
Objects such as astriods or small moons are iregulary shaped because they have much less mass than the planets. Therefore thier gravitational force is not strong enough to form a sphere.

the new concept of time machine had be ready but i am waiting for the practical work to it .It needs 5,34,567knots of speed waves it can be gain from the only astriods which fall on earth gravitational force it can prooved from the moving particle lawI AM WAITING FOR THAT TIMEBYR.ISMAILSALEM TAMIL NADUINDIA
If we do not cause the planet's life to die out (by pollution, climate change etc.), it will for certain occur in approx. 4 billion years when the Sun burns out. It may also happen in half that time depending on the relative strengths of two circumstances: The Sun gets hotter and will burn the closer planets; or The Sun gets lighter and will therefore allow the planets to increase the distance at which they orbit around the Sun, which will protect against the heat.
With little asteroids, they are so small that we generally cannot see them until they actually hit. The first ever asteroid detected in time was detected in October 2008, and the asteroid did strike the Earth 16 hours later, exploding high in the atmosphere over the Sudan, a nation in Africa. (There were no known casualties.) As of now, there are no known asteroids that are on a collision course with the Earth.
