get over rosaline
The Friar had it planned to advise Romeo by a note, but the note never got through which led to Romeo killing himself.
its from romeo and juliet. bevolio says that romeo should stop thinking of rosaline, and romeo says "o, teach me how i should forget to think." i think he means that he thinks about her so much that the only way to stop thinking of her is to just stop thinking altogether since she is in his every thought.
He tells him to look for other girls
Tybalt says to Benvolio, "Peace? I hate the word, as I hate hell, all Montagues, and thee." That's pretty straightforward. He might hate Benvolio because he's a Montague, but he also hates him because he is a peacemaker.

He advises her to take a potion which will make her seem to be dead. Then when she wakes up in her tomb, Romeo will come to rescue her.

Romeo's advisor is Friar Lawrence and Juliet's is the nurse. However, when the nurse counsels her to commit bigamy, she goes to Friar Lawrence for help. The friar proves to be a broken reed, taking inadequate steps to advise Romeo of his plan and abandoning Juliet in the tomb which allows her to commit suicide.
In act 1 Benvolio tells him that there are more fish in the sea than Rosaline, and better ones at that, so it's time for him to fish elsewhere.
