I disagree. Dreaming of a duck is generally positive. It suggests you or someone else in your life is very flexible and can deal with complex or emotional issues. Ducks are well-adapted to survive on land OR water... "multi-talented"...
Superstition-based dreams of ducks are good omens - meaning you will "float away" from current difficulties...
If your dream included the duck being dead and black, I would advise you to look at your dream (along with your life) more closely -- and observe other aspects and symbols of this dream - before taking it to such a negative conclusion.
