Brown and brown typically makes brown. But if you are asking for what SHADES do different browns make - that's a whole other explanation!

Here:

Light Brown + Dark Brown = Medium Brown

Light Brown + Medium Brown = Light/Medium Brown

Medium Brown + Dark Brown = Medium/Dark Brown.

That ^ is assuming the amounts of brown (say... paint) are equal. For example, 2 drops of light brown and 2 drops of dark brown. Another thing to consider is...

Here:

More light brown = LIGHTER brown

More dark brown = DARKER brown

It all depends on the AMOUNT and SHADE of brown(s) you are using.
