A centipede bite looks a lot like a bee sting or a mosquito bite. Some centipede bites don't leave much of a visible mark. It depends on the size of the centipede. They usually prefer to run away rather than biting to defend themselves.

Usually when a centipede bites, it itches and usually on the uper extremities because centipeded usually fall from a tree. There is also multiple rashes rather than one particular.
Dust mites don't bite, they feed off dead skin
The red bugs are probably bed bugs, the rash will look similar to a cluster of mosquito bites. look up bed bugs on wikipedia.
The appearance of the bite would depend on the type of ant. Whatever the any the bite would look very similar to what it would look like on you unless the dog had a reaction which caused excess swelling at the bite site.
