Answer I don't know what it's called but I definitely know how it feels. When you really care about or love someone it is very difficult to be separated from them especially for long periods of time. The more important that person is to you the more difficult it is to be away from them and it CAN cause depression. However, you have to fight the feelings of depression even if it requires counseling of some kind because depression can take over your life if you let it. If you know that you will see that person again you can look forward to the day when you will be reunited.
