Diversity means only that a group is non-uniform on some specified factor. A workforce may be uniform or diverse in age, or skill, or educational attainment, or pay.
A workforce uniform in one factor is easily diverse (non-uniform) in another factor. An all-Black workforce has zero racial diversity, but may have skill diversity, age diversity, tenure diversity, or intelligence diversity.
When discussing workforces, it it usual to focus on the factors KNOWN to be relevant to work performance, like skill, experience, licensure, tenure and perhaps seniority. Since race and sex are known to be completely IRRELEVANT to work performance, the degree of workforce race and sex diversity are of no interest when discussing performance.
No US labor law or EEO law mentions - much less requires - any degree of race or sex diversity.
A diversity statement for employment is a written declaration by a company expressing its commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. It can be effectively incorporated into the hiring process by including it in job postings, discussing it during interviews, and ensuring diverse hiring panels. This promotes inclusivity and diversity by signaling to potential candidates that the company values and prioritizes diversity in its workforce.
There are many advantages to the employment equality act. Some of the advantages are that workers can embrace diversity, and a non-hostile work environment can be obtained.
Diversity is the state or quality of being different or varied.

The dates of employment mean the time during which a person worked for a company. This will generally have a start and end date which covers the entire length of employment.
Since no US employment law requires appearance diversity (race, sex) in any employer's workforce, it would be illegal to give appearance any weight in hiring or assignment.
