I have eaten grilled dog meat served in a restaurant in South Korea. It tastes fairly plain, but the texture is unique. It is really fatty and greasy, so the meat kind of breaks up in your mouth. A nice experience but expensive for what it is; 35000 won (about 20 usd) for one small portion.

It depends on the region where it is being marketed, the brand, and what meat went into it. In most recipes, the primary spice is mustard.

It tastes great. Bit salty but its a nice feeling, dogs make a lot of pre-cum, it's just very very good in taste, cum is also nice, tastes metalic but that changes from dog breed and diet
