The 2001 Acura TL OBD 2 port is above shifter
Air conditioning charging port cover is just like a tire valve stem cover, it unscrews. In fact the charging port looks just like a large tire valve.
The 1999 Acura TL OBD 2 port is to remove ashtray
Look for the port(s) on the ac lines. they work like a tire valve. Should be a round blue thing.
Look for a blue plastic valve or cap on valve on one of the lines near comp-that is low pressure side. High is red.

If it's 1999~2004 Acura TL, the port is under the radio, besides the seat heater. If it's an older version, the port is behind the ashtray.

Look for a large rubber tube attached to the manifold port located on the top left side (passenger) rising up and and then curving down to the rear valve cover pcv port. It is a squeeze, but work the hose off the pcv port, and "voila" the pcv valve is INSIDE the port. Pull it out with its attached grommet. Do not attempt to clean. Replace, only, and save the receipt for the engine warranty. This engine can burn oil if it is a valve seal or manifold plenum proplem.
Diagnostic port for the RL is under the ash tray. Unreal, but true.
