Actually, the question was asked wrong here. The word already is in Samoan, so the asker should have asked "What does Samoan 'kalo fae' mean in English?"

And then someone else answered with this:

Apparently it means something like "I feel sorry for you."

I asked my partner cause he's Samoan and he said that.
