Scoliosis is a 3 dimensional spine deformity where individual vertebral bodies are rotated in addition to side to side curve. S shaped scoliosis is commonly used term when there are two 'C' shaped side to side curves in the spine connected to each other. Usually one of the curves is 'structural' or primary curve and the other one 'compensatory' or secondary curve though both can be structural. The compensatory curve is formed so as to keep the head in center over the pelvis by compensating the curvature of primary curve. 'S' shape can be observed clinically looking from the back but is more obvious on spine Xray.
The terminology fairly prominent is not a correct clinical description but broadly refers to the rotational element of the vertebral body which leads to rotation of the rib cage giving rib hump observed from the back as ribs are attached to vertebrae in chest (thoracic) region. 'Fairly prominent' refers to this prominence of rib hump.
yes that is what scoliosis is
Scoliosis is a crave in the spine. This is not normal.
Right hilar prominent
I wouldn't be searching for information if I knew the answer.

It means handsome or prominent.
no, neurological is abut the science of nerves the nervous system wheras scoliosis means a curve in the spine. They are linked because of the spinal cord which is a part of the nervous system
No this does not mean they will get it. It's genetics. Though you are both twins so they may have more of a risk. But not a certainty.
Prominent in medical terms has the same meaning as in lay terms; it means the feature stands out. For instance, varicose veins are prominent.
Well, scoliosis is a curvature of the spine. The cervicothoracic part deals with the location of the curve. The cervical region is the neck, and the thoracic is the upper back. So the cervicothoracic scoliosis would be a curvature of the spine in the neck/upper back
It means no scoliosis is present. It's good news.
