Four times.

2Sa 12:6

And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.

Luk 19:8

And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore [him] fourfold.

Restoring fourfold was a judgment to make up for taking something from someone. In the first passage, when the prophet Nathan is speaking to David, he is making a point to David about a poor man and his one little ewe lamb, to rebuke David about having an affair with Bathsheba, the faithful Uriah's wife. The second time 'fourfold' appears, Zacchaeus is promising to make up, or restore to anyone he has cheated by false accusation four times the amount he has stolen.
