Juliet gives the Nurse a ring to give to Romeo when she goes to find him. She wants to send him a token of her love and commitment while seeking news and updates about their relationship.
She basically tells Juliet to give up on Romeo and marry Paris.
She counsels her to commit bigamy and to be married to Paris while she is still married to Romeo. The nurse basically suggested that Juliet not consider her marriage to Romeo to be a marriage at all, just a roll in the hay.
The nurse tells her to forget about Romeo and just marry Paris. The nurse says it doesn't matter if she's already married to Romeo. She should just be with Paris since he didn't get himself banished.

He is trying o tell him to marry Juliet because she is being loved by him and it was love at firs sight and they cant last without each other they need to stay together and the nurse is making sure she gives the right idea to romeo how Juliet is feeling about him.
In Act II Scene V the nurse returns from her interview with Romeo and Juliet is desperate to find out what Romeo has to say about whether they can be married. The Nurse teases her by not revealing the good news right away.
Nurse gives Romeo a ring that Juliet asked her to pass on to him.
