That is impossible as of now. You have to completely create a new GMS(Global Maplestory) account.

No, but if someone reports you for saying a bad word or something IN your conversation, the report will be sent in to the GMS and they will read it and ban you.

the phantom class is only available in Korea maplestory(kms) atm. ull have to wait til gms releases it.
